7. Where Your Data Goes

EastFulfill is based in Shenzhen, China. It processes customer data on Alibaba Cloud(Aliyun) servers and stores it on servers located in Virginia(US), California(US), Shenzhen(China), and Hong Kong(China).

When you provide information directly to us, you knowingly consent to the transfer of your data to Alibaba Cloud(Aliyun) servers, where it will be encrypted and securely retained until you request its return.

8. Note on EEA-to-US Transfers

The European Commission has determined that the United States does not currently provide an adequate level of data protection under EU standards. This means that processing Customer Data on servers in the US may involve a higher risk of unauthorised access or disclosure.

EastFulfill remains committed to data privacy and security and will protect Customer Data strongly using appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses where required), regardless of where you or your data reside.

9. Data Security

EastFulfill uses appropriate technical and organisational measures (commensurate with the risk) to secure Customer Data from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. To the extent possible, we work to ensure that our service providers (the third parties described above under “Disclosures to Third Parties”) apply similarly stringent security measures.

10. Children and Minors

EastFulfill does not knowingly process or sell customer data from children under the age of sixteen, nor are our products or services directed at minors.

If you are under the age of sixteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16 without verified parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
